JDE Training Academy

The J. Delano Ellis Training Academy is designed to offer training that enhances service and support to leadership while developing personal and professional goals.  This includes leadership development, spiritual formation, and more.  The academy provides a comprehensive learning experience that will help burgeoning leaders take their skills to the next level.  By attending the training academy, participants can gain valuable insight on what it takes to better serve those who lead them as well as those who follow them.  Participants will be able to make the most of their leadership roles in any organization or setting.
